Health and allergy disclaimer
The recipes and “health notes” in the ebook are general information from my own cooking experience. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication.
Recipes may contain common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and soy. Always check ingredients for your own allergies and sensitivities. Follow safe food handling practices: cook meat and fish to safe temperatures, and take extra care with home fermentation and homemade dairy.
